PEANUT BUTTER BANANA ICE CREAM

Ingredients:

Banana

Peanut Butter

(You decide the quantity)

Directions:

1. Peel the banana

2. Freeze it

3. Put it in the blender with the peanut butter.

4. Enjoy!

*I put the blended product back into the freezer for about an hour or 2 hours for more of an ice cream feel.

OATMEAL COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup cottage cheese

4 egg whites (or 2 eggs)

1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

*I didn’t have cottage cheese so instead I used apple sauce.

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender (optional, but recommended)

2. Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook just like”silver dollar” pancakes, a few small ones at a time.

3. Enjoy!
